 "Progress Is Still Progress"

I can still remember when I sought growth in both academics and sports. I’ve learned that there was a time when I wanted to improve quickly, but I realized that when I found out progress isn’t about rushing, you don’t need to push yourself to your limit. I learned that taking my time regularly, even if it slows, helps me build my skills and knowledge. I don’t force things, be patient, and let things come. As long as we wait for the perfect time, everything will be worth it. I won't give up on something that I dream about every day. I will keep going because I deserve to see what happens when all my hard work pays off. I'm always proud of myself and believe in myself that I can always do it. My tiredness, my patience, my pain will be replaced by happiness. Life is beautiful, there is no reason for me to keep moving toward my goals, and there is no reason for me to stop pursuing my dreams. When life is difficult, I pray. When life is great, I pray. I don’t stop praying because God has given me grace, supported me, and if I need him, God is always there for me.

That experience showed me that my possibilities are bigger than I often respect or recognize in myself. It made me realize that patience and discipline are most important for us because they create a powerful combination that helps me overcome challenges. It is about the continuing growth and trust in the process. At that moment, I felt I was more than just my body or mind. I could reflect on my act, understand the challenges. I remember when I was struggling to balance my school and sports. But that doesn’t mean I should stop right away and give up. There are times when I feel tired, lost, or unsure of what to do next, but it’s okay because I am not alone in this journey. God sees my efforts, even when no one else does.

Life isn’t a competition; life is a journey where I need to feel and enjoy every moment of my life. I don’t want to compare myself to what other people are doing. I believe that I must keep going and trust my journey wherever I go. I realized that was just an opinion, not a truth. I believe that if I didn’t win in those competitions or succeed quickly, it doesn't mean I am not good enough. I thought smart people and athletes were improving fast, but when I realized that was just an opinion, not a truth. As I see my achievements grow right now, I realize that behind every achievement, I have endured the long hours of intense training and studying, and the overwhelming stress and pressure I endured. These moments of success are not just rewards for me; they are proof that I'm really trying to aim for my dreams.
